it’s always been a dream of mine to have a vest, but i’ve never been able to find one that was tailored and fit to both my waist and chest. I had to size down in this piece. It gaped on the front shoulder in my normal size because I am not super busty. I use this to make any outfit have more of a dandy feel. I adore how it can hug your waist with the adjustable back.

This BARELY fits my size 1X wife, but not me, even though I wear a 3X in other tops by this brand and the 4X skirt I got from this same collection is too big. Will be returning it. Huge disappointment as it was for a costume, I guess I’ll just sew myself one tonight.

This vest is the ultimate power piece. It adds so much oomph to any outfit it's not even funny. You wanna look like the baddest bitch around? Get this vest! I bought the xs and while it could be a tad tighter in the back, the adjustable strap helps to give shape and it leaves a little wiggle room for flowy blouses underneath. One of my absolute favorite pieces of clothing. Get it, you won't be disappointed!

I bought this because it looked beautiful on the models. After reading the description I decided to size up. I’m often between a Large and an XL but the vest was baggy.
So I guess I’m not sure if everyone needs to size up because it really depends on your measurements and seeing how it fits you.
I opted to return for refund because at this time (pandemic) it would be too difficult to figure out which size would fit me via mail.

Gorgeous vest! Nice quality! I agonized about which size to order, because I am a Large pushing XL. I bought the XL but wish I’d purchased the Large instead, as the vest is a bit too big. Thankfully it’s adjustable in the back, but if a Large comes back in stock, I’ll probably purchase it! I’m 5’9” and measurements are 40/32/40. Even though I bought the wrong size, it’s still gorgeous and I’m excited to wear it! Highly recommend!!

I love this vest so much I ordered a 2nd one to switch out the buttons for fancy ones. The length is slightly short for me but it’s still a fantastic piece.
