Beautiful velvet dress, very soft and thick. I bought an extra large, which fits pretty well, if a bit long (I'm 5'1", measurements 40-35-43). only problem is the same as I saw in a couple other reviews - the zipper seems to get stuck about halfway up, so I had to zip it past that part and then pull it on. The zipper goes all the way to the neck line with a hook at the top to keep it closed.

I absolutely love the dress. My only complaint is that the zipper gets stuck in one spot. I can not get it to budge whatsoever. The paint on the back also came chipped after further examination but that’s an easy fix

The invisible zipper was difficult to get up at the waistline seam, and bummer the belt runs pretty small for the gown, but the gown itself is beautiful, flattering and comfortable

Such a stunning dress. I'm about 5'5 and I don't need to wear heels. It is just touching the ground so I would lift it if I walk through dirty/wet ground. I have dresses from Vixen in medium and large and decided to go with large with this one. Its not skin tight and I can move and walk around.

I bought this gorgeous gown to wear to the Melbourne Military Officers Ball that my partner invited me to.
Needless to say, it was absolutely perfect. For a bit of a chilly night I stayed warm, but not too warm to not have a dance with people (including the Nutbush!!) without feeling like I was overheating or at a risk of tearing the bottom of the dress on my shoes.
The dress is comfortable, fits perfectly and received many compliments on the night. I absolutely adore it and can't wait to wear it again!

I'm speechless. I'm 5'1 and 100 lbs. I was apprehensive about ordering an XS even though the measurements were listed. But this was *exactly* what I wanted to wear for my wedding, so I had to take a chance. I just got it today. Moments ago. And I'm currently wearing it in my bathroom, starring at myself in the mirror, in complete awe. This dress is so stunning. No picture could do it justice. I've never felt more beautiful. The velvet is perfect for a gothic October wedding in a 1920's mansion, turned museum. I'm so grateful. I'm so thankful. And I can't wait to order more. I don't want to take this dress off.

I cant tell you how much I freaking LOVE THIS DRESS! I got so many compliments at the wedding I wore it too, it is so well made and kept me warm in chicago in freezing temps. It fit like a dream! My only complaint being 5'1 is that I didn't have time to get it hemmed

Love this dress so much!!! I used the sizing chart and it fit perfectly! I’m 5’7, 220, and I ordered the 3x. The fabric is heavy, high quality, and smoothed me out in all the right places. This dress is beyond beautiful!!!

I wore this for my wedding day.. I was so nervous when I ordered it bc I wasn’t sure if you would have my size in stock and didn’t know if I would receive it in time for the wedding since I changed my mind last minute about my original dress. When it came and I got it on, it was literally that “crying real tears bc it’s the perfect dress” moment. I can’t thank you enough. It hugged the right areas and smoothed the others. The dress runs true to size, although I didn’t end up wearing the belt because it ran a little snug for my middle.
