The material is so thick that I can't maneuver my hand or any object inside.
I tried to pry it open (apart), I tried to squeeze it together, nothing worked. All in all it's a very expensive statement piece with absolutely zero function or practicality. I am so disappointed because I was so excited to order it. ☹️

I was so excited when my husband gifted me this bag as Dracula is one of my favorite movies. It looks insane in the best possible way but is practically unusable. I’ve cut my hand twice trying to get things out from the inside.

Smaller than expected which makes it WAY more wearable. Such an ART PIECE!! The quality is insane. Really stiff, and rigid. The chain is gorgeous & thick. Cant get over the quality. This bag is literally unusable. To call it a bag is an insult to every bag in prior existence. I’ve been buying novelty bags for over 20 years and never have I come across a bag this poorly constructed. To charge more than $50 for this should be a crime. I could barely get my hand in the bag and when I tried to pull it out the zipper due to the stiffness of the bag sliced my hand. I implore anyone who is looking into this to find something better from a brand that actually cares about its customers. No where in the dozens of social media reviews all over TikTok and instagram was this shown. Everyone has been gushing about this “bag” forgetting about the primary function. Do not give this sham of a company any of your money.

This bag is so amazing!! You can fit quite a bit in there but it can be kind of hard to get your hand in there. I don’t carry much though (usually just keys and my phone) so I don’t think it’ll be a problem for me. It’s too beautiful not to carry

Bag is very detailed, love the chain for it. Only issue I have is that the zipper part where it opens barely opens up to where me or my partner have a hard time getting our hand in the bag. If the zipper curved more into the back instead of straight down it could possibly open up much wider. All in all though I still love it

The bag itself is stunning but the plastic that it is made of is so heavy duty that it makes it hard to open, even if you fold the back. Be prepared to scratch your hand trying to get in there. That being said, it’s way roomier than I anticipated. Of course I should expected Dracula to draw blood

I absolutely love this bag but it's pretty much unusable. The opening at the back it pretty much impossible to put anything in even just a purse and phone and the constant putting things in and out of the tight opening tells me the bag will just eventually rip. I have the pumpkin one and that's great and I have a lot of other odd opening bags that I use as statement pieces but this is by far the worst. So much so I think I'll sell it on as returning it will be a fortune as I'm UK based. Genuinely gutted because this cost me £183 including shipping so it wasn't a small investment. The quality is amazing but I think the opening of the bag was poorly designed.

Stunning bag. Beautiful enough to display. The hardware is well made and the material used is very sturdy. Great to carry as a crossbody or double the straps for a shorter handle. I tried bending the back in after unzipping to get my items in and out and I have zero complaints! This bag is amazing.

The only thing about this bag is its so stiff!! It's so difficult to get my hand into the compartment to put anything in to carry. The zipper scratches the hand up a bit. I'm hoping over time it'll loosen up so I can use it with ease.

Despite Route and Shop informing me that this item was delivered, I have not received it. I don’t even know if this order was even actually fulfilled. Contacted Route regarding package protection, and I was told to wait 3-5 days to resubmit a claim for my lost package. Also filed a claim with USPS. With all this lack of resolution and confusion, I can assure you that I will never participate in another preorder event ever again.

The bag is GORGEOUS! the only con is the opening is narrow and the teeth of the zipper hurts my hand to reach inside. Definitely more decorative, but worth it! I can comfortably fit my large wallet and phone inside which can be tough in novelty bags.

It’s an amazing prop and replica, absolutely gorgeous piece of art. It’s beautiful and will be proudly displayed.
It loses a star however because I’m just not sure it could actually work as a bag for me. It’s very hard to put things into the opening, there’s very little give so it stays quite narrow and the teeth in the zipper are very big and sharp and scraped up my hands.

First off, this looks amazing! I love the look and material. However, I gave it 3 stars for the following:
If you have long nails, good luck unzipping it. I'm going to buy something to attach to make it easier.
If you have bigger hands, they may not fit reaching in the bag, but there is decent space inside
And the chain doesn't stay in the groove it wants to sit on the zipper.
Overall it was a great idea and I love it, just wish it was a little easier to use

LOVE IT. Chain is not removable. Only issue is the zipper part.. it doesn’t open up much for your hand to reach inside and grab stuff or out stuff in there. Im petite and have to force my hand in, causing scratching by the zipper. For people with larger hands you may not fit your hand in easily or at all. Hoping it loosens over time. Im all for suffering for a look, and am so obsessed with Dracula, so my rating remains 5 out of 5.

The purse itself is an absolutely gorgeous piece of art. But I wanted a functional purse, which this is not. Despite looking very well made, the zipper opening is not big enough to get my hand inside the purse. It would be impossible to retrieve a coin or lipstick without turning the whole thing upside down and hoping to shake it out through the small opening. I really hope there’s a redesign of this iconic bag—maybe with a hinged section to make it open more. So disappointed. Returning this one.

The helmet shape and quality is beautiful. I only wish the opening was better able to fit my hand in without scratching on the zipper. Cannot stick hand in with rings on! And nothing fits in the opening to put inside. Might be just for looks but not very functional. I’m disappointed but the helmet is still an iconic piece to own.

I was beyond elated when the purse arrived. Being that I own one of the original production made Wolf helmets from the film, I wasn’t sure what to expect, but once I opened the box and took it out, I was besides myself with how incredible the craftsmanship was. It is absolutely striking and a wonderful tribute to such and iconic film.
