I sized up from my usual for this brand, and I’m glad I did—this is meant to be an extreme wiggle dress. It still wraps my curves, but I can wear this one to work if I cover my cleavage. In my usual size it would be wonderfully vampy, but only a sexy black dress option that would be difficult to dress down.

My measurements are 39-33-45 and I got the size medium. It is tight wear the button connects but I just moved the button for an easy fix and it fits perfectly. So sexy and elegant. Highly recommend

This dress is absolutely gorgeous! I wasn’t sure I needed a black maxi dress, as I have so many already, but this one is extra special! The sleeves are beautiful, and the overall drape on this dress is so elegant. It looks really expensive. The wrap has an interior tie and exterior button, so could be easily adjusted. And the fabric doesn’t seem to wrinkle, making this dress a perfect travel companion. I am 5’9”, and measurements are 40/32/40. I sized down to a medium and it fits perfectly. Gorgeous goth gown! Get it if you can!

This is simply a fantastic dress! I will need it hemmed, but whatever. It was perfect for the Halloween party and burlesque I went to. I avoided it the first release, but I love faux wraps and realized I needed it after seeing it on so many other lovely ladies in the fb group. Took my standard large, fits really nicely. A bit extra space at the waist, can't size down at the bust. I live in the south and it didn't make me overheat like I expected, so that's even better. Another awesome dress from LFEN!

Nice heavy substantial feeling fabric. My measurements 35-28-42. The small fits perfectly if a little roomy. Has a tie inside to pull it nice & tight and a tie up belt to cinch it in aswell. Very effortlessly glamorous!

What a beautiful gown! I am pretty much always a solid medium (which is what I ordered) in tops but I could have sized down in this. The gown is made of a durable fabric that hasn't wrinkled on me yet! I'm 5'7" and it almost touches the floor with no shoes on. If you're on the fence about getting this, do it! You won't regret it. 36"-29"-41" for reference. ❤

I fell in love with this gown as soon as I put it on! The fabric is silky and comfortable. The length is long- I am 5'7" and it just hits the ground so it's pefect for me. This runs true to size, however, if you like your garments to be more form fitting, I would size down. I have worn this gown to many occasions already and it will be a staple item of miine for years to come! I feel like a queen in this dress!

I love this dress and knew to size down after trying it in the shop. I wound up
going two whole sizes down (M to
XS) because a more preferable size down was out of stock. It’s still super comfortable and closes well, but stretched a bit across the shoulders. I have a small bust so it was fine but has a deep plunge so be aware this can happen with sizing down! My measurements are 35/28.5/42.

This dress is amazing!! Seriously just buy it already. I felt like a movie star in this dress and was sad when I had to take it off. I ordered a size small though my measurements are closer to medium, and this was a great choice because of The wrap style. I did adjust the location of the button closure slightly so that my ‘girls’ wouldn’t pop out on the dance floor - in hindsight not at all necessary as this dress is very well made. I’m so glad I bought this dress.

Got this dress back in October for our opening night party of a show I was working on. I had originally got it in a size 4xl, thinking I'd need it for around my booth, but this dress is so well made and has a great amount of stretch, that I ended up going back the next day to exchange for a smaller size. This is one of the most gorgeous dresses I currently owned. It's very flattering to the body and comfortable (giving you that Morticia flair). The dress is very fine an elegant of very good quality and details what I love the most about this dress is the style combined with all the details lace and sleeves! It's true to size but you can order a size down if you like it a little more tight. In my case I bought it my regular size (Large) and it fits perfectly. This dress makes you look like an elegant Hollywood-silent movie star, who is walking around peacefully on a Sunday afternoon. I can't believe how well this dress flatters my body-type. It does run a little longer so you might need to wear high heels or hem it a little other than that, this dress is called perfection! I am very fortunate to own this dress and will be using it pretty soon for my upcoming trip to L.A.

It’s hard not to feel gorgeous in this dress. It’s the most comfiest and sexiest thing I’ve ever worn. Seriously I took a nap in it the first day I had it and I slept like the dead. And it’s versatile too! I can wear it to Applebee’s, Barnes and Noble, the store; as a dress or a jacket, with clothes beneath, with nothing beneath. When my boyfriend saw it he said “you remind me of Morticia” and my day was made.
As for fit recommendations, I sized down. I’m usually a 3xl but got a 2xl, because of the wrap feature. My waist is about 40/41.
The fabric is so soft and luxurious as well. It also kept me pretty warm.

This dress is so beautiful, well made and comfortable! The wrap design expertly cinches in the waist while the large sleeves add just enough old world drama to make this look a true head turner. They didn’t skimp on the material either. Some dresses at this price point arrive and feel less substantial than the cost may have suggested, however not the case here. The dress is made very well and attention to detail was not overlooked as it truly feels that it will last many years. The heavy fabric also hides many imperfections all while being very comfortable. I am 5’9 and a size 18. I went with the 3x as I am a DD and wanted some versatility should I go up (or down) in size in the future. It fits perfectly and hangs just above the ground on me which was the ideal outcome. The tie beneath the bust is made of a very strong material allowing you to wear the dress with no fear of it coming undone. All in all this dress is gorgeous, unique, affordable and totally wearable. If you factor in the feeling of always showing up in something none of your friends are wearing this is a real home run. Can be dressed up or down as the material is versatile and the sleeves look good pushed up to the elbow or down at the wrist. 10/10 :)

I would usually be a large in vixen, however I went for the medium in this dress.
I would recommend sizing down as it’s a wrap there’s more give.
I can’t wait to buy more from La Femme this dress made me feel like a gothic movie star.

Oh and if it helps anyone I bought a Large and am 43/35/43. Mainly busty and not very squishy in the middle.
