The Metropolis jacket has exaggerated bell sleeves, generous wrap body that you can wear with the self belt included or add your own statement belt option to cinch in the waist.  Finished with a hook and eye closure and shoulder pads. The fabric is a poly blend "felt" with stretch satin charmeuse lining.
