I have been wanting a Victorian hand belt for so long and I finally bought it! The shipping and arrival was unexpectedly fast. I live in Toronto, Canada and it took 10 days to be delivered. Yes there are duties but the belt is such good quality. I initially thought I should buy a small. My waist is 28” but I bought a medium instead and there are snaps that you can adjust. I can have it high waisted or on my hips. I wore this out immediately, I love this so much well worth the price.

I ordered a size Large and it fit great. For reference, I’m 5’3” (160 cm) tall, my weight is 130 lbs (59kg), my waist measurement is 30 inches (78 cm).

Honestly not a very big fan of this belt. It looks beautiful don’t get me wrong, but gosh it’s uncomfortable. If you make it tight enough to actually stay on your waist and not droop down there are certain fingers on each hand that curve inward and dig into you. If I loosen it just jangles around uncomfortably due to how heavy the brass hands are in the front. I was really hoping these would be a staple piece for me, especially at this price point, but looks like it will be for an occasional wear for only a couple hours at a time. Pretty disappointing.

Quite simply the best belt I have ever owned. So chic and avante garde. I am not really a belt person, but I will look for any excuse I can to incorporate this into my daily wardrobe. Also, the sizing is a lot more flexible than the chart would have you think because the leather has two snap buttons in it.

I actually am wearing this with only one button fastened instead of 2 to give me more comfort in wearing it. So it's a lose as possible. Think I'm around 33 inch waist. Love the belt and feel like the ability to adjust the belt buttons to customize the size is a godsend. Got this one and silver now.

Wow- this is a very gorgeous and well made belt! The hands are pretty heavy, but I expected this. I really like that the belt has three buttons on either side of the hands to allow you to adjust the belt as needed. The belt also comes with extra button clasps as well!

Belt arrived well packaged and in a beautiful box. It also comes with extra of the button clasps. It’s extremely sturdy and well made, looks amazing in person! It’s a bit heavy but not when it’s on, it’s just that the hands are made out of a very nice sturdy metal. Make sure to follow the size chart, I was between sizes and got the larger one for room with different outfits and it was a good choice. Overall love the belt so much and I would totally get another color.
