The Victorian Hands Belt exudes the timeless sophistication of a bygone era. The clasped hands was originally created in the Victorian era and later adopted by Elsa Schiaparelli in her 1934 Fall/Winter show as a nod to the surrealism art movement. This belt had a resurgence of popularity in the 70's proving how timeless this belt truly is. Vintage versions are very sought after.
We have taken care to replicate the iconic 1970's Victorian revival belt with hands crafted from a sturdy metal alloy base. The front prong closure clasps the hands together whilst the thick genuine leather belt has 3 sets of adjustable snaps to give it an updated versatility and size inclusion from size XS-4X
It comes packaged in our stylish logo black Saffiano textured box, making it an ideal gift.

My first ever belt purchase! I originally ordered this belt in 4X based off the sizing chart, but I must have miscalculated (I was a 42" waist at the time, but I must have lost weight because now I'm a 39"). The customer service was very helpful in getting the belt returned, and then I just had to wait until the next pre-order to get the 3X. I'm very happy with the fit in every way. The two outer buttons allow for a semi-looser fit if I'm just looking for something a little more decorative for an outfit, and the two inner buttons give me that tighter fit if I need to be snatched. The hands feel nice and hefty, and the belt leather feels sturdy. I really really like this belt, but I've been mostly saving it for special occasions thus far.
I could not be more pleased with the quality of this product. I love it so much and it was a very noticeable upgrade in my accessory game.
I wish I hadn't waited so long to order this belt! It's been on my wishlist forever and I finally pre-ordered it this spring. It arrived mid-June. It's absolutely gorgeous and luckily the sizing was spot on for me!
The belt is genuinely even more beautiful than I was expecting it to be. The hands are heavy, and sturdy. You can tell how well-made it is. My waist teeters between 27" and 29" depending on various factors, and the medium size fits very well as there are several notches for adjustments. I want this belt in every color. I'm getting so excited planning all sorts of outfits specifically around this belt. So happy with this purchase!

The overall feel of the belt is very nice! But I'm not a big fan of the closing mechanism, since the hook protrudes quite a lot on the backside (i.e. Into my stomach) . The belt is also quite big, I'm in the middle of the sizing range and I need to add snaps to make it fit. Plus points for the added snaps, hook and screws, though!

The wearer was only too happy to point me to the LFEN website. Interestingly, the top and skirt she styled the belt with were not in any way goth. The belt looked great at the waist of her copper colored skirt. I'm thrilled with my brass hands belt, and look forward to wearing it at the next suitable opportunity.
Holy moly! This belt is STUNNING! In a world of fast fashion where a quality item is hard to come by, this belt blows me away with its quantity and design detail. Also, the packaging is gorgeous! The buckle is weighty and superbly made. The belt itself is a lovely thick supple belt and will clearly hold up for years and years to come. Very cute but sizing is a bit off. I didn't realize the buttons were button on until I tried to remove them to alter it as it didn't fit. Stone instructions would've been nice. But a cute belt.

Absolutely ADORE!!! this piece!! I will say, definitely size up. I normally fit a 3x-4x in belts from Torrid, but the 4x in this was too small and I had to exchange for a 5x. Im in love ! I've been wanting one of these belts for so long , I can't believe I finally got one ! Shipping was smooth , it shipped out early in the month that it would say it would be about ready, im so glad i didnt have to wait too long! It is beautiful and feels like it's gonna last a long time, i hope! The leather portion, It's thick, i was nervous that it would make my waist look chunky because it's twice the size of any of my regular belts, but I'm grateful that it still seems slimming ! And the hands themselves are sturdy and a bit heavy ! Again ,was so nervous it would seem chunky -- and sometimes ,obviously, if you're being really physical in it -- you'll notice a bit , but overall it's a comfortable fit and im enamored! It's the only belt I'll wear for a while , ha! I'm also grateful for the website option to use afterpay , im grateful to get to wear such a beautifully crafted piece that I dont always have the option to afford to own, thank you so so much!

Lovely piece! Very sturdy and heavy (in a good way) and goes with pretty much any outfit I can come up with. A great statement piece that gets tons of compliments--the only downside was making the mistake of ordering it during the postal strike, so it came a month later than expected. Still, that was out of the shop's hands, and they kept me updated the whole time. Would 10000% order again.
